Shift Information:

  1. 2nd Shift: 3 PM to 2 AM, 4–10 hour rotating shifts with some weekends, shift differential applies.
  2. 3rd Shift: 9 PM to 7 AM, 4–10 hour rotating shifts with some weekends, shift differential applies.

As a Service Manager at Goodyear Fleet Service Centers, you will be the key link between fleet owners, managers, and associates, ensuring outstanding service, guest satisfaction, and safety.

A Day in the Life:

As a hands-on Service Manager, you will gain experience by making meaningful connections, delivering outstanding service, and managing workflow, including vehicle repairs from start to finish, billing, and documentation.

What are we seeking?

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 18 years old
  • No relocation offered
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive service sales experience
  • ASE Certification

Skills You Will Learn:

  • Documenting all work performed
