Job summary

Denny's in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with accuracy and pace. You will guide guests through the menu, suggest specials, and participate in the Rewards program, while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

This role emphasizes teamwork with front-of-house and back-of-house, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and opportunities for growth in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Server or in a guest-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Must be 18+ with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with energy and set the tone for a great visit.
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly, correctly, and with attention to detail.
• Guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations and suggestions.
• Use upselling to highlight specials, combos, and guest favorites.
• Process payments efficiently (cash, card, digital).
• Work with FOH and BOH to keep service running smoothly.
