Job summary

Antech Diagnostics in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Serology Lab Technician to test blood and other samples for viral and bacterial diseases using PCR and non-PCR methods. Schedule is 1:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., five days a week with weekends required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (a science degree preferred) and lab experience. Responsibilities include performing tests, releasing results, equipment maintenance, SOP compliance, and teamwork in a regulated lab

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in science preferred.
• Prior lab experience preferred.
• Laboratory skills with testing and instrument operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and analyze PCR and non-PCR tests and report results.
• Read and release test results in a timely manner.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Ensure SOPs and safety procedures are followed.
• Restock and organize supplies; keep work area clean.
• Participate in improving lab efficiency and quality.
