Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. is seeking a Serologist I for our IT Rehab Clinical Nursing division in New Jersey. The role involves performing testing within cGMP guidelines, documenting results, and ensuring calibration and maintenance of equipment.

Night shifts run 6pm–6am on alternating 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend and overtime as required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field, 1–3 years’ QC/GMP experience, and strong documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years’ experience with QC, GMP, and analytical procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, ISO and cGMP guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with company standards and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in failure investigations to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Perform testing within established timelines per current cGMPs.
• Assist in equipment maintenance/calibration program.
