Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience.
• Experience in criminology, psychology, social services, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff with challenging cases and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform quality assurance through periodic case reviews.
• Develop supervision plans and manage pretrial and probation cases.
• Extract and interpret data from criminal justice databases.
• Train and coach staff; assist scheduling and staff development.
