Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Anthem is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our senior living community. This role covers overnight shifts (10pm–6am) with duties including daily living assistance, medication support as allowed by state regulations, and daily progress reporting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with strong benefits. Ideal candidates have caregiver training or AZ certification, or at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
• AZ Caregiver certification or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided.
• Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed.
