Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or complex systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering practices.
• Strong verbal and email communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and solve complex problems independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment including high vacuum systems, precision instruments, and advanced manufacturing tools.
• Work with process engineers and operators to support production and R&D.
• Work with suppliers to source spare parts and coordinate service visits.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Assist in legacy tool retirement and development of written maintenance procedures.
• Install new process tools; develop PM and repair procedures.
• Assist with hardware improvements and automation projects.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering across mechanics, electronics, materials science, and software disciplines.
