Job summary

DSI Security Services is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee officers in North Alabama during night shifts. The role requires OC and TasER certifications and Armed Security Officer credentials, with responsibilities spanning patrols, safety reporting, and enforcing client post instructions.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 21, and pass a background check including MVR and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Perform general security duties to protect clients and property.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards promptly.
• Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, including specific post instructions.
• Participate in ongoing training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
• Work in all weather conditions as needed.
• Utilize basic to intermediate computer skills and demonstrate effective written and oral communication.
