Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise security officers across multiple sites to ensure service delivery.
• Meet with Branch management and client representatives for status updates and planning; review post orders and communicate changes.
• Participate in orientation, training, and development of staff; ensure accountability and professional conduct.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and safety rules; communicate safety expectations to staff.
• Inspect client sites to verify coverage and post-order adherence; cover vacant posts as needed.
• Review client and company reports; assist with payroll and billing information.
• Perform administrative tasks related to scheduling and operations.
