World Equestrian Center – Wilmington is seeking a Night Shift Security Officer to safeguard guests, property and assets on-site in Wilmington, OH. You will monitor access points, operate CCTV and Access Control systems, and respond to incidents in accordance with established procedures.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass background and drug screening, hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate strong communication, integrity and attention to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Satisfactory driving record and valid driver's license.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• High level of integrity/Strong work ethic.
• CCTV and Access control experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry points and conduct patrols as assigned.
• Operate CCTV and access control systems and report incidents.
• Communicate clearly with staff, guests and management.
• Prepare daily activity reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to emergencies following established procedures.
