Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Commitment to service and professional conduct.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver mobile security services in accordance with site orders.
• Write detailed reports using company software during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in, meet time commitments and follow dress code.
• Interact with on-site clients and staff to build trust and peace of mind.
• Report information and concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Care for assigned patrol vehicle including fueling and cleanliness.
• Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks and quality standards.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.
• Communicate client needs and route updates to ensure efficiency.
