Job summary

Baptist Health Security Officer in Boca Raton is a full-time role covering an 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM shift. The position focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors across Baptist Health South Florida facilities.

The role requires at least 2 years of security experience, completion of the BHSF training program, and BLS certification within 90 days. Florida driver’s license and related licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years security experience.
• Completion of BHSF security training before probation.
• BLS certification within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors across Baptist Health facilities.
• Work with minimal supervision to enforce hospital security protocols.
• Support administration of a safe, caring, and respectful workplace.
