Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or security-related.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of security personnel in response to requests and emergencies.
• Manage and adjust shift schedules based on various factors.
• Serve as the point of contact for guards, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Document incidents, irregularities, or any changes in staffing promptly.
• Act as first responder in emergencies and monitor high-risk situations.
