The ideal candidate has a valid Guard Card, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Excellent customer service and the ability to write clear reports are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Guard Card.
• Must be 25 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and write reports.
• Security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Report incidents to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the public.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Write clear incident and activity reports.
• Must be punctual.
• Operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
