Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in San Jose, CA. You will patrol residential communities, deter incidents, monitor access, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to complete routine vehicle patrols, with a focus on safety, reliability, and clear communication. Allied Universal offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular vehicle patrols of residential areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and communicate information to site management or responders as needed.
