Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver) to monitor access, patrol the property, and respond to alarms at a financial institution location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, follow site policies, and work with a reliable team to deter incidents while maintaining safety and integrity on site.

This role requires a valid driver's license and prior security experience; training is provided, and the company offers benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees at a financial institution-related property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property, exterior, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in reports and communicate to leadership.
