The role focuses on dispatching security services, patrol oversight, incident reporting, and enforcing site rules with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in security or related fields, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred in security or related fields.
• Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• May require a current state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills; able to interact professionally with all levels.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services per Post Orders and company guidelines.
• Conduct walking, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity reports.
• Follow post orders, site rules, and emergency procedures.
• Provide customer service and support as requested by client.
