Job summary

Adient US LLC in West Point, GA is seeking a Seat Assembly Operator for 1st shift (8:30 AM start, Mon-Fri, until finished). You will assemble automotive seating units and participate in line and support tasks to produce quality products with minimal waste.

Responsibilities include rotating through stations, maintaining safety and housekeeping, inspecting work in progress, and using hand and pneumatic tools to fasten components.

Qualifications

• Team-based production experience preferred.
• Attention to quality and safety in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to operate hand and pneumatic tools with care.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly of automotive seating units following specs.
• Operate line and support tasks to mass-produce seating units.
• Rotate through workstations and maintain housekeeping and safety.
• Monitor material quantities and report shortages.
• Use torque guns and fixtures to assemble parts securely.
• Inspect in-progress work for quality and address issues.
