Adient plc is hiring for a 2nd shift Seat Assembly Operator at our West Point, GA facility. You will participate as a team member in assembling automotive seating units with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role involves line assembly, restocking, material monitoring, and resolving nonconforming parts to maintain smooth production flow. Expect shift from 8:30 PM to late finish, with a $2 night shift differential (${21.60} per hour based on base rate).

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally.
• Stand/walk for extended periods (at least 2 hours).
• Willing to rotate through multiple production cells.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly of automotive seating units.
• Perform line assembly and support operations to mass produce seating units.
• Restock work areas to ensure proper workflow.
• Monitor material quantities and report shortages.
• Inspect quality of seating components and finished units.
