Job summary

High Country Search Group partners with a growing organization to hire a Night Shift Scheduling Coordinator in Denver. This role offers a unique schedule with 7 consecutive days off every other week and 12-hour overnight shifts beginning at 6:00 PM.

You will coordinate time-sensitive scheduling, monitor priorities, and communicate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Compensation is $27/hour with overtime, about $72K annually, plus a 5% bonus and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic math skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable and organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage time-sensitive scheduling and operational activity during your shift.
• Monitor changing priorities and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify potential issues and determine when escalation is necessary.
• Maintain accurate information and track activity using Excel and internal systems.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Take ownership of issues and drive them through resolution.
