TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking personnel to perform erection and dismantling of scaffolding, rigging loads, and completing construction projects at on-site locations in Greenville, MS. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring materials, and ensuring safety while working with tools in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities include assembling scaffolds, ladders, and platforms; inspecting workmanship for compliance; and working standard hours with possible overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and related field experience.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions with effective communication.
• Proficient in safe and efficient use of common construction tools and measuring devices.
• Proficient with electrical, hand, power, layout, and measurement tools.

Aufgaben

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope, locations, quantities and material sizes.
• Identify tools required and prepare materials per specifications.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and install ladders, handrails, walkways and platforms.
• Construct, reinforce and dismantle scaffolds and wooden scaffolds.
• Perform rigging of equipment loads and assist with alignment and positioning.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and resources needed for activities.
• Inspect work for compliance and address deficiencies with supervisors.
• Inspect workers' output for compliance with plans and specs; identify deficiencies and take corrective action.
