Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a full-time janitorial associate to perform sanitation, cleaning, and general maintenance in a warehouse and production environment.

The role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00pm to 5:30am with a pay of $20.00 per hour plus an eligible monthly bonus based on experience and performance. Responsibilities include cleaning machinery and conveyors, maintaining floors and work areas, following safety policies, and ensuring proper handling of produce per SQF standards.

Qualifications

• One-year on-the-job sanitation / maintenance experience required.
• Understanding of general building sanitation / maintenance.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize machinery, support equipment, and conveyors.
• Clean floors, walls, and work areas.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance tasks (mop, sweep, etc.).
• Adhere to all Food, Sanitation and Safety policies.
• Follow SQF standards for handling produce.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and report unsafe conditions.
