Job summary

FreshPoint is hiring a Sanitation Day Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the warehouse. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and ensuring safe working conditions.

The role requires adherence to sanitation and safety procedures, physical ability to perform cleaning duties, and prior cleaning or sanitation experience is preferred. English-speaking candidates are preferred and the position is full-time in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse related experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties throughout the entire facility including dusting, sweeping, washing, wiping, scrubbing, and mopping.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the facility and clean up spills daily.
• Clean coolers, docks, and warehouse areas; operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Complete daily sanitation log and support recycling and stretch wrap tasks as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions and follow all safety rules.
