Opal Foods is seeking a Sanitation Worker for the School Plant location in Neosho, MO. This Night Shift role cleans and sanitizes egg processing equipment and supports the Sanitation Lead in daily projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

The position requires working overnight, being on time, and availability seven days a week including holidays. Opal Foods offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate attention to details.
• Must be able to work safely at a fast-pace in a wet environment.
• Position is physically demanding and workers must be able to access and clean hard to reach areas.
• Must be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidays
• Must be able to work overnight shift and must report to work on time and as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work area for cleaning to protect equipment and materials.
• Use water, tools, and specific solutions to clean egg processing equipment.
• Follow cleaning techniques to ensure sanitation and prevent equipment damage.
• Work with urgency to meet USDA pre-operational morning inspection.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and assist team as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
