Opal Foods is seeking a Night Sanitation Lead for our School Egg Processing Plant in Neosho, MO. The role leads the sanitation team to clean and sanitize processing equipment to USDA and Opal standards, with oversight of tasks and schedules. Hours are overnight from 10pm to 7am, and pay is commensurate with experience.

The position emphasizes supervision, record keeping, and adherence to quality tests, with a focus on safety and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation in interior, exterior, warehouse, and cooler areas.
• Assign tasks and guide team on cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain records per Opal SQF standards.
• Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and coordinate with Processing Manager.
• Schedule sanitation team shifts.
• Ensure cleaning procedures avoid damage to equipment and pass inspections.
• Train team members and enforce processes.
• Ensure PPE is used according to tasks.
