Opal Foods is seeking a Sanitation Worker for the Night Shift at the School Processing Plant in Neosho, MO. The role cleans and sanitizes egg processing equipment, follows company policies and government regulations, and supports the Sanitation Lead on other projects.

This is a full-time, overnight position with overtime as needed. You must be able to work seven days a week including holidays, in a fast-paced wet environment, and report on time for the overnight shift.

• Physically demanding; able to access and clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Available to be scheduled 7 days a week including holidays.
• Must be able to work overnight shift and report on time.

• Prepare work area for cleaning to protect equipment and materials.
• Use water, tools, and specific solutions to clean egg processing equipment.
• Follow cleaning techniques and processes to ensure sanitation and prevent equipment damage.
• Work to have equipment cleaned in time for USDA pre-operational morning inspection.
• Work safely and as part of a team; perform other duties as assigned.
