Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Motley, MN is seeking a Sanitation Associate for the 3rd shift. You will clean and sanitize production lines and plant areas, following GMPs and safety procedures, and you may train other associates in sanitation operations.

Physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds and operating cleaning equipment. You will rotate through different machinery areas, handle lock-out/tag-out and chemical handling protocols, and ensure clean, safe production environments consistent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• One- to three-year working experience in Sanitation.
• Ability to train other Associates in Sanitation/Environmental operations.
• Follows GMPs and safety procedures; physical capability to lift 10–50 pounds and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes production lines and general plant areas.
• Covers electrical panels/outlets before washing; prevents overspray.
• Removes and cleans machine parts; reassembles after cleaning.
• Ensures drains and waste containers are clean and functional.
• Operates pallet jack, scissor lift, forklift; rotates sanitation tasks as needed.
