Job summary

Ecowize is hiring a Sanitation Technician to keep food production facilities clean and compliant with USDA, FDA, and customer standards. You will work on cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and assisting with safety procedures on a fast-paced overnight shift.

We provide comprehensive training; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and reliability in a cold/hot plant environment with PPE and loud equipment.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and quality in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided on sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work areas.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow usage guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and areas for pre-op readiness.
