Job summary

SOPAKCO in Mullins, SC is seeking an energetic sanitation supervisor to lead the sanitation and housekeeping department across 3 shifts. You will coordinate sanitation programs, ensure compliance with GMPs/SSOPs/HACCP/USDA, and drive a strong team culture during night operations.

The role requires 2-4 years of supervisory experience in the food industry, with a preference for an associate degree. English/Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus and the incumbent will maintain records and support

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred within the food industry.
• Experience with sanitation programs and regulatory standards is required.
• Must be able to work from 10 pm to 7 am, 5-7 days per week depending on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sanitation and housekeeping department across 3 shifts.
• Coordinate sanitation and pest control to meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation records (physical and electronic).
• Build and nurture a high-performing sanitation team.
