Job summary

Atlanta Cheesecake Company is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor responsible for cleaning the entire campus and facility, including offices and the production area, in Smyrna, GA. The role oversees sanitation teams, maintains records, and supports audits to ensure GMP compliance.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, nights with some Saturdays, and includes managing budgets for chemicals and supplies. This position requires leadership through weekend support and a strong commitment to food safety

Qualifications

Experience in a QA or sanitation role in a food manufacturing environment.
Experience in a supervisory or team-leader role.
Knowledge of sanitation, chemical safety, FDA, GMP, and HACCP.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the sanitation team to clean production areas and equipment on schedule.
Train staff on sanitation procedures, SSOPs, GMPs, and safety standards.
Monitor performance and attendance, providing coaching when needed.
Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Inspect sanitation activities and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production and other departments to address sanitation concerns.
Support GFSI/SQF audits and assist with corrective actions.
Maintain sanitation records, inspection reports, and KPI data.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Contribute to a clean, safe, compliant manufacturing environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
