Job summary

The Swan Food Company is seeking a full-time sanitation associate for the 3rd shift in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $21.25 per hour, with hours from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 0–1 year sanitation/food manufacturing experience.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards (OSHA, GMPs).
• Ability to follow sanitation policies and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules to document routine cleaning.
• Document chemical use and concentrations per procedures.
