Crosby’s Stores is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences across shifts while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll support sales and profitability by promoting My Crosby’s Rewards and assisting customers with enrollment and offers.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining stock, and upholding company standards. Evening hours may apply and a shift differential is offered to late shifts in this role.

Formación

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to follow safety and store policies.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and drive sales.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow procedures.
• Accurately process transactions and balance the register.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and storefront appearance.
• Support checkout with upsell and enrollment in My Crosby’s Rewards.
• Report issues and support team leadership as needed.
