Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Rugs Lift Truck Operator II for the Rugs Department at Shaw Plant T1 in Adairsville, GA. The role runs the 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night, 11:30pm–7:30am) and involves transporting materials, waste, and finished rugs to support shipping operations.

Candidates must have LTO certification and be able to operate a computer in the USF2 system. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to shift requirements are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold LTO forklift certification.
• Must hold certification for 12’ pole, squeeze, and fork attachments.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Night shift availability: Sunday night–Thursday night (11:30pm–7:30am).

Responsibilities

• Pick finished goods from packout and load onto trailers for shipping.
• Unload trailers with raw materials, carpet rolls, backing, and other items.
• Weigh waste and document in MRM system.
• Retrieve and relocate yarn cases and rug cores in staging areas.
• Operate computer using USF2 system and support department needs.
