Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp in Indiana is seeking a skilled Rubber Molder/Press Operator to operate rubber molding, transfer, and compression presses, load molds, monitor cycles, inspect parts, and document production steps.

You will ensure part quality, perform basic machine adjustments, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards on a 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Must demonstrate a strong safety work culture.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding, transfer, and compression presses to produce molded rubber components.
• Load molds and materials, monitor press cycles and make basic adjustments for consistent quality.
• Inspect finished parts and complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain proper set-up, storage, and transport of finished product.
• Use computer tools (QAS, Excel, Word) for business tasks.
