Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp in Indiana is seeking a molding press operator to safely and efficiently operate rubber molding presses, monitor an automated robotic inspection system, and ensure parts meet all quality specifications. You will follow work instructions, perform quality checks, and document results.

Shift is 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) with starting pay $20.25 plus a $1.25 shift premium; overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong safety culture and follow safety practices.
• Able to read basic work instructions and perform basic math.
• Basic computer skills (Excel/Word) required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding presses safely and efficiently.
• Monitor robotic inspection system for quality and consistency.
• Read OD sheets and set up machines per job specs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace and tools.
• Record quality checks and complete documentation.
