Job summary

Sleep RX LLC in Salem, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a full-time night shift to support diagnostic sleep testing and patient care. The role requires current RPSGT certification and state licensure with overnight hours from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Candidates must have a polysomnography program credential and BCLS certification, plus prior RPSGT experience. U.S. work authorization (E-Verify) is required.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or higher; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required.
RPSGT certification and state licensure required.
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Prior experience as an RPSGT.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Authorization to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data.
Prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks per established protocols.
Record patient activities, monitor study quality, and document clinical events.
