Job summary

PPG in Huntsville is seeking a 3rd Shift Robot Operator to join our production team. You will operate and maintain robotic systems to ensure a quality product is available when customers need it, with your work directly impacting lives.

Key duties include programming and adjusting robots, troubleshooting for efficiency and accuracy, collaborating with teammates to meet safety and quality standards, and participating in required offsite training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with robots (Programming, adjusting, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Fanuc Roboguide software is preferred.
• Able to learn and apply new technologies through training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain robotic systems in a production environment.
• Perform programming and adjustments beyond routine operations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize robotics for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet quality and safety standards.
