Job summary

PepsiCo in Frankfort, IN is seeking a motivated palletizer to operate and monitor automated palletizing equipment, building stable pallets for brands like Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos, and ensuring products reach stores safely and on time. You will input production data, verify case counts, and adjust setup as production runs change.

The long-shift, high-energy environment requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, with strict safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 15 to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch throughout shift.
• Comply with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated palletizing equipment to build pallets.
• Program product codes, validate case counts, and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment while following safety protocols.
• Set up palletizing boards and ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor.
• Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks.
