Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull and handle products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process equipment and conditions using process control systems and process information.
• Collect and report plant measurements related to performance, asset utilization, quality, and costs yields.
• Perform analytical checks, adjust control systems, and operate equipment based on data.
• Determine root causes of deviations in process, product, or equipment performance using troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis.
• Perform process equipment troubleshooting, routine repairs, improvements and preventative maintenance.
