The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Schedule flexibility and night shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Background checks and driving record checks required.
• Ability to work at varied heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway maintenance, primarily sweeping and debris removal in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Occasionally assist with snow/ice control and incident response.
• Adhere to federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain safety equipment and follow directions from supervisors.
• Support rotating night shift schedule including weekends when needed.
