Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sweeping Crew member for the night shift in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based in Grand Prairie, TX. You will perform roadway maintenance, primarily sweeping and debris removal, with occasional snow/ice control and incident response.

Flexibility for a rotating schedule and weather events is required. The role requires a High School Diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid Driver's License, and MOT traffic control certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MOT (Traffic Control) certifications preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance operations during night shift (roadway sweeping and debris removal).
• Handle snow and ice control and incident response as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and schedule flexibility requirements.
