Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform roadway maintenance and debris removal in the Austin area, based in Hutto, TX.

The role requires operating equipment such as wheel loaders and skid steers while adhering to regulations and company policies. Minimum 2 years of roadway maintenance experience is required; a valid driver's license is essential, with CDL considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related roadway maintenance experience.
• Must have valid active Driver's license.
• Concrete forming/repair experience preferred.
• CDL license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance operations in the Austin, TX area, including debris removal and sign/guardrail repair.
• Execute concrete repair tasks as needed and follow project specifications.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Work Monday–Friday on day shift with possible night/weekend hours.
