Job summary

The role requires coordinating daily operations, enforcing safety, and ensuring productivity and regulatory compliance. The supervisor will oversee Attenuator and sign/guardrail work, equipment operation, and timely response to emergencies, reporting to the project yard in Houston.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor/Field lead in highway maintenance.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of highway maintenance tasks and related activities.
• Coordinate daily operations and support staff development.
• Ensure safety, productivity and regulatory compliance on site.
• Supervise equipment operation and incident response.
• Report progress to project yard in Houston, TX.
