Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive administrator to support road service operations from Plano. The role handles service requests, vendor coordination, and payables, with a focus on accurate data entry and timely communications.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or related field.
• At least 1+ years of related work experience.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency, detail oriented and well organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer applications skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests from customers, gather information, match vendors, determine needed repairs, communicate with vendor and customer, input service into GP, create rebill, and update the branch after completion.
• Manage payables for all road service vendors.
• Seek and set up new vendors for the vendor network.
• Manage input/payables into GP and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
• Manage/update parts, invoices, expenses, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Process new license plates and registrations for new equipment; process FHWA forms.
• Assist National Account Operations with collections and seasonal trailer transportation.
