SSM Health’s Lake Saint Louis location is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage women’s services activities, nursing resources, and patient care. The role emphasizes woman, newborn, and family-centered care with strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• BLS HCP, RN license and ALS/NRP/PALS options may be required per state.

Responsibilities

• Collects health data to develop individualized plan of care for women and newborns.
• Coordinate care to promote woman-, newborn-, and family-centered care within scope of practice.
• Evaluates progress toward expected outcomes in woman/newborn/family-centered care.
• Communicates with women, families, providers and community for safe holistic care.
• Serves as mentor and applies evidence-based nursing practice for women and newborns.
