Job summary

SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead women’s services in Labor & Delivery. The role focuses on coordinating care, supporting new families, and delivering evidence-based nursing in a safe, compassionate environment.

The position is PRN with minimum schedule requirements of 2 shifts per month including one weekend. Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program; licensure in Wisconsin is required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• Wisconsin RN license required for practice.
• No prior experience required for this PRN role.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes health data to plan care for women and newborns.
• Coordinates care delivery for woman, newborn, and family-centered care.
• Communicates with patients, families and colleagues to ensure safe, holistic care.
• Acts as a role model and mentor within the team.
• Keeps updated with evidence-based nursing practice for women's services.
