Job summary

Texas Health Ft. Worth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Women’s Center in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves night shifts, floating to LDR, Mother/Baby, NICU, and Antepartum, with a 36-hour work week and weekend/holiday requirements.

The unit features 18 LDR beds, a NICU, and multiple OB suites; strong emphasis on education and career growth. Required qualifications include an RN license, an associate degree or nursing diploma, and prior Labor/Delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure
• Associate degree or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver care using the Nursing Process
• Assess the patient and plan care
• Intervene as needed and monitor outcomes
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions
• Maintain age-specific safety and infection control
• Coordinate information for patients and families
• Ensure continuity of care during inter-shift transfers
