Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking an experienced RN - Women and Infants to join our Arlington Heights team. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with 7pm-7:30am shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

Education: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
License: Current Illinois nursing license.
Certification: CPR certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
Communicates clearly with patients, families and staff in person, on the phone and in writing.
Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment findings.
Participates in evaluating nursing practice through quality improvement initiatives.
Maintains current nursing practice knowledge in standards, laws and regulations.
