Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an RN for Women and Infants to join our 36-hour, full-time night shift team. You will assess patients, coordinate care, and educate patients and families in partnership with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• License: Current IL nursing license to practice.
• Certification: CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to ensure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and care teams in person, by phone and in writing.
• Individually tailors patient and family teaching to learning needs.
• Participates in evaluating nursing quality and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains current nursing practice knowledge in standards, laws and regulations.
