Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS, NRP Part I/II, ACLS, PALS certifications required/obtained during orientation.
• ECG training completed during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status of assigned patients per Nursing Standards.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care with the plan of care.
• Provide direct patient care or supervise the health team to ensure proper care.
• Educate patient and family about health and care plan.
• Discharge planning and home health maintenance.
• Document patient care and participate in Quality Improvement activities.
• Maintain supplies, participate in unit orientation and peer review.
